Roland Benedetti joins Nuxeo as VP Products & Marketing
Paris, Boston, March 29, 2011. Roland Benedetti, 37, joins Nuxeo, the publisher of open source ECM solutions, as Vice President of Product & Marketing to increase visibility and adoption of products in addition to strengthening the relationship between Nuxeo and the developer community, keeping activities closely aligned with the product roadmap.
Recognized throughout the industry as a leading professional in open source content management technologies, Roland Benedetti joined eZ Systems in early 2006 as the Managing Director for Western Europe, where he developed and successfully implemented subscription and service based economic models by developing an extensive network of resellers. He subsequently held the position of VP of Product Management, eZ Systems. These positions were preceded by ten years in development functions, management roles, and consulting at several organizations in the ICT and Web sectors.
Roland Benedetti brings to Nuxeo a multidisciplinary approach to marketing, sales and technology that is critical to the software vendor. It will include a mission to strengthen the network of partners and assist the software vendor’s development team in the definition of product requirements and coordinate activities related to the marketing team.
