Jean Segonds

Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Jean Segonds has over 40 years of experience in the field of Information Technology. He has held various positions at IBM in France and the United States, the latest being Director of a service agency. He then served as Director of Marketing and Head of Subsidiary Services at ECS before becoming Director of Marketing for Bull. He was then the head of the Service Division, and after became the Managing Director of the British subsidiary.

Since 2002, he has had numerous consulting assignments in marketing, segmentation, differentiation and operational performance with more than 30 companies . He also held ​​several interim management positions.

Jean Segonds graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique, an elite engineering school, in 1967, and also holds a degree from the University of California.

Arnaud Bienaymé

Arnaud Bienaymé began his professional career in education and then joined the Calberson Group, where he served as Director of Human Resources. He then joined the a company called Chargeurs as Director of Human Resources in the automobile division. He was appointed to be Deputy Managing Director of Walon France, a company that provides automotive logistics services. Arnaud Bienaymé then joined Atos Origin, where he served for ten years as Deputy CEO of Information Management Outsourcing. He was also the Managing Director of EDS France, which became HP Enterprise Services, before setting up his own consulting company.

Arnaud Bienaymé has held many leadership roles in the corporate transportation sector, and has actively participated in negotiations to end the social conflicts experienced in this industry.

Arnaud Bienaymé holds a Master of Political Science (University of Paris 1) and a BA in English (University of Paris 7). Arnaud Bienaymé is a Knight of the Order of Merit.

Stefane Fermigier

Founder and Member of the Supervisory Board

Stefane Fermigier, PhD, is a seasoned expert of the free and open source software world in both a technical and business capacity.

Stefane founded Nuxeo in 2000, after 7 years as a researcher at Paris 7 university. Stefane guides the strategy and management of Nuxeo and is an evangelist for open source ECM.

Prior to the foundation of Nuxeo, he co-founded and was the first president of the AFUL (French-speaking association of Linux and free software users). He's also a cofounder and currently serves as the chairman of the Open Source Working group of the System@tic innovation cluster in the Paris Region. He has published many articles and books on free software and is a regular speaker of conferences in this field.

Jean-François Galloüin

Member of the Supervisory Board

Jean-François Galloüin is CEO of the Paris Regional Lab for Innovation (Laboratory Paris Region Innovation - LPRI) and Professor at the Ecole Centrale de Paris, an elite engineering school, where he contributes to the development of a Center for Entrepreneurs. He is also a lecturer at ESSEC, an elite Parisian business school.

Jean-François is an administrator for two companies in the world of IT, and a member of several investment committees for private equity firms. Previously, Jean-François worked as an investor as a Partner at AGF Private Equity, focusing mainly on the software industry. His most notable ​​investments were with MeilleureGestion and Talend. Jean-François was also the founding President of Métaphora SA, a service company specializing in the field of change management, established in 1995 and sold in 2005 to Business & Decision Group. From 1990 to 1995, Jean-François was the CEO of Nat Systems, a software company, where he drove revenue growth from €1.5 million to €23 million.

Jean-François holds a Master of Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence) from the University of Orsay. He spent two years at the Robotics Institute at Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, where he pursued his research.

Patrick de Roquemaurel

Patrick de Roquemaurel is currently Director at OTC Asset Management.
A graduate of ESLSCA, an elite business school in Paris, he previously served as General Manager at NEC Europe, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Bull, France, and Managing Director at Siemens Nixdorf.
