Notification management
Main Mechanism
Nuxeo EP 5 provides a notification management component. This component gives the ability to declare a list of users on a document, a section or a workspace and to notify them when an event occurs. Nuxeo EP 5 provides two ways to subscribe to notifications:

Each user can subscribe by himself to a document, section, workspace, etc.,

Notification subscription can be defined by a manager (e.g. workspace manager) for a list of users.
Email Notifications
Nuxeo EP 5 provides several email notifications that occur, for example, when:

A document is modified

A document is locked
-
A new version is created
-
A document is deleted from a workspace
-
A document is created in a workspace
-
A document is published in a section
-
Etc.
