EasySOA: A New Approach to SOA

The EasySOA Consortium was established in 2011 with a group of leaders from the open source software space. EasySOA builds on web and open source technologies to make Service Oriented Architectures (SOA) simpler to use.

Technical complexity has overshadowed the promise of Service Oriented Architecture, which is supposed to enable business agility. The goal of the consortium is to add an open, light, agile layer on top of traditional SOA, based on an online, social and collaborative approach, involving all actors of the SOA process. Besides initial SOA modeling and documentation, this solution helps gather and prototype business requirements, and eases the transition to final implementations.

The EasySOA project builds on top of the Nuxeo Platform, which offers the collaborative document management foundation, and the flexibility to integrate easily with other tools. The source code for the EasySOA project is available on GitHub.

Join us for this webinar to learn about the challenges of SOA and the solution offered by the EasySOA initiative.
