The flexibility of the Nuxeo Connect offering allows you to chose a service level that will yield a return on investment on par with the critical nature of your Nuxeo ECM application deployment. Nuxeo Connect is the starting point of the offer, with basic coverage for a standard application deployment. Options for additional supported content repositories, Nuxeo Studio projects, and contacts with access to the service allow you to address the needs of larger scale applications. Three service level options - Silver, Gold, and Platinum - offer a dedicated support service, ensuring commitments to response times for bug fixes, patches, issue resolution and support availability. Standard Options Nuxeo offers additional options to the standard Nuxeo Connect packages. Pricing is based on an annual subscription.
Non profit and academic organizations benefit from a 30% discount off the list price. To be eligible, non-profits in the United States must be a qualified 501(c)(3) public charity as identified by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Canadian organizations must be registered with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). Pricing is in US Dollars for all locations except for countries in the European Union.
