Nuxeo introduces their Cloud Platform for ECM
Nuxeo has introduced their latest offering to the enterprise content management system space, Nuxeo Cloud. This new product offers a hosted application environment and managed services for the entire content management application lifecycle through the Nuxeo Platform, from prototype to production, including a full-service customization and configuration toolset. By design, the Nuxeo Platform is highly customizable and extensible, enabling the building of content management applications that correspond to many diverse use cases.

Nuxeo and Ephesoft have built a connector between the two open source platforms. The connector between the Ephesoft document capture platform and the Nuxeo content management platform is based on the OASIS CMIS (Content Management Interoperability Services) standard. The connector between the two platforms is a fully open source, end-to-end solution for managing the entire content life cycle, from capture to publish to archive.

Gestion de contenu : Nuxeo se rapproche de l’Ubuntu
Le système de gestion de contenu d’entreprise open source Nuxeo fait aujourd’hui son entrée sur le dépôt officiel dédié aux partenaires de la distribution Linux Ubuntu. Certes, l’éditeur proposait déjà ses propres dépôts pour les systèmes d’exploitation Debian et Ubuntu, mais une intégration au sein du dépôt central de la distribution permettra de faciliter l’installation et la mise à jour de ces outils.
