Bill joined Hyland in 1997 as VP of Marketing. He became VP of Sales and Marketing in 2001, COO in 2005 and CEO in 2013. He serves on the boards of University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center, Business Volunteers Unlimited, Westfield Bank and 7Signal.
Prior to joining Hyland in 2010, Nancy worked in the financial services industry in reporting and audit roles. She currently serves as a member of the Business Advisory Council of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland.
Ed joined Hyland in 2001 as the Director of Healthcare Solutions, founding Hyland’s first vertical practice. With more than 20 years of experience in the content services and intelligent automation industries, he focuses on assisting organizations as they accelerate digital transformation initiatives.
Leonard joined Hyland in 2023, bringing extensive technology expertise and valuable experience managing end-to-end transformation initiatives. His focus is on refining our product vision, competitively positioning our portfolio and driving Hyland’s expansion into new markets.
John began his career at Hyland in 1999 as a Quality Assurance Representative. He has worked in Hyland’s Professional Services group and has served as the VP of Information Systems as well as VP of R&D. He serves on the board of directors for TECH CORPS.
Debbie has been with Hyland since 1997, starting as a Human Resources Manager. As Chief People Officer, she is responsible for delivering a remarkable and inclusive candidate and employee experience around the globe. Debbie also serves on the board of Urban Community School.
Prior to joining Hyland in 2010, Abby worked at several law firms — McCutchen, Doyle, Brown & Enersen, Langrock, Sperry & Wool, and Dobrusin & Thennisch (now the Dobrusin Law Firm) — with a primary focus on intellectual property law. Abby received her J.D. from NYU School of Law.
Chris joined Hyland in 2022. He brings more than 20 years of experience in content services from a variety of executive roles in sales, marketing and product management at FileNet, EMC Documentum and Nuxeo. His passion is helping customers realize maximum value from their technology investments.
Stephen joined Hyland in 2004. He brings 27 years of IT experience across several industries, including education and IT consulting. He has a passion for new technology and supporting its application in driving strategic transformative goals.
Chris joined Hyland in 2020, bringing a diverse background in leading global strategic, product, development, operational and channel management teams in technology-focused companies. His focus is on building customer-centric and continuous learning environments.
