Earlier this year, the entire company congregated in Reykjavik for our 2018 annual kickoff meeting. Over the course of several days, we set team goals and talked business strategy while exploring the natural wonders of beautiful Iceland. We returned home from our adventure feeling inspired and motivated for the year ahead. The kickoff is one of our many unique approaches to building a very positive atmosphere and focusing on employee values.
