We just released Nuxeo Platform 5.9.2. It’s a Fast Track version. Note that Fast Track versions are only supported until the next FT (Check out this blog post about our release life cycle).
Release 5.9.2 brings UX enhancements to Nuxeo DAM. Nuxeo Drive is now easier to install and upgrade because the installer is signed and the local database upgrade is done automatically. Guillaume added some interesting features to the Select2-based suggestion widgets. You’ll find this particularly useful if you’re a Nuxeo Studio user.
If you’re a developer, you’ll be happy to know that this new version is the first one to be built with Maven3. It can also be run with the JDK 8. We added a private marketplace channel to let users upload their own marketplace packages to Connect, making them visible and available in the Admin Center. Also, Arnaud worked on oAuth 2.0 support to make Nuxeo an oAuth 2.0 service provider.
You can download Nuxeo Platform from our website.
Now, we are on to Fast Track 5.9.3 which should be released in mid-April.
