What you will do

You will have a verifiable track record of success within the financial services industry to lead the sales strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships in the banking industry and have an extensive track record selling to the top players in this market.
The Head of Financial Services Sales will report to the CRO and will have total ownership of the sales function and be responsible for reaching and exceeding sales targets, market share, and other key financial performance objectives. In addition, you will partner with the executive team to develop and implement sales strategies across the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Leading and building the development and execution of the sales strategy that will be instrumental in the success of Nuxeo's Enterprise success
• Overseeing all sales related activities for the Enterprise team
• Developing a sales plan and budget to drive the growth of the business
• Ability to build and manage a sales team focusing on software sales and consulting services
• Managing a sales support team
• Demonstrate a strong relationship in the partner ecosystem around financial services

What We Are Looking For

  • Seasoned sales leader who has built a sales organization to scale with a growth oriented software business
  • Need to demonstrate a track record in meeting and exceeding targets for last 3 years
  • Experience building and managing software sales teams (Financial)
  • Experience selling solutions, for both products and services
  • Experience working with and selling consulting services in tandem with software
  • Long term strategic approach to building a team and executing on a sales strategy
  • 10-15 years’ experience preferred
