What you will do

As a Training Manager at Nuxeo you’ll work as part of the Professional Services Team to develop and deliver high-quality training to our customers. You’ll work closely with our Product Management team to ensure training material is current and can be delivered in a way that allows our customers to be successful with the Nuxeo software. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a training strategy that combines both self-paced online training with on-site training for our customers. A successful candidate has both the ability to develop strategy and execute to completion. Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and improve current and future training content
  • Oversee and support the delivery of training to our customers and partners
  • Create reporting to drive training compliance and execution for our partners
  • Meet with customer/partner contacts to identify training needs and develop content
  • Work with Nuxeo project teams to improve the quality of our client training deliverables
  • Support the delivery of onsite and web-based training of Nuxeo software
  • Manage all aspects of assigned training engagement; including client coordination prior to the engagement, setting up the training session, training delivery, validation of the clients’ understanding of the material delivered, and follow-up communication with the client
  • Participate in continuous improvement of training programs by conducting post-training satisfaction surveys and providing feedback and recommendations to the training manager and course developers
  • Stay up to date with the latest improvements and enhancements to the Nuxeo software and project implementation methodologies
  • Must be able to travel within the US up to 50% of the time

What we are looking for

  • Experienced in training customers in the use of enterprise software solutions, particularly in the Enterprise * Content Management or Digital Asset Management industry
  • Strong client management skills; including ensuring that training meets the client's specific needs, problems and issues are quickly resolved, and all work is completed to the client's satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently and manage and prioritize own workload
  • Project management skills enabling issue resolution, time management, and communication with manager and project team members
  • Experience in developing self-paced online training
  • Rigorous attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be flexible and able to accommodate changes effectively and efficiently
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent certifications and experience is required
  • Minimum 3-5 years of in a supervisory role within a professional services organization
