Over the five years she was there, the company looked to leveraging the sales opportunity in ecommerce - not just in wholesale but to grow and develop the team around that, and scale up for future growth. Prior to that Bunty ran the UK business at Vente-Privee from 2009-2011, after which she set up her own consultancy firm and worked with companies including eBay and Cocosa. She was previously Sales & Merchandising Director for Brandalley.co.uk from 2007- 2009 and also worked for TKMaxx owners TJX for five years from 2002- 2007, as a Senior Buyer and later as a Divisional Merchandise Manager.

Claire Burrows, Founder, Air & Grace

Claire Burrows founded Air & Grace in 2013, described as footwear with feminine, modern designs, the shoes are made with the Tender Loving Air TM cushioning system, providing luxurious underfoot cushioning, without compromising on style. She was previously the Managing Director at Aldo Group for three years and prior to that she was Head of Product Development for Fitflop. Claire started her retail career as a buyer for Office Shoes in 1994 before moving to Kurt Geiger.

Neil Tunbridge, Co-Founder, Mellow.store

Neil Tunbridge is the Co-Founder of Mellow.store, the trusted online destination for customers and brands to learn, buy and sell CBD. He is also the Co-Founder of Egg Brands, a portfolio of luxury British heritage brands that are being gradually revitalised and relaunched, starting with John Pound - the oldest luggage brand in the world. He was a director & co-founder of Pivot International, an eCommerce marketplace agency which was acquired by Muloot.com in January 2020 and as Managing Director of Muloot, Neil is building a high-growth marketplace trading and financial services agency via a suite of business growth tools.
