NOTICE: NUXEO CORPORATION MERGES WITH HYLAND SOFTWARE, INC.
Dear valued customers, vendors and partners,
Effective Thursday, April 8, 2021, the Nuxeo business, including all technologies and products, was acquired by Hyland. To continue Nuxeo’s integration to Hyland, effective April 1, 2022, Nuxeo Corporation merged with and into Hyland Software, Inc.
As of the merger date, Nuxeo Corporation’s business transferred to Hyland Software, Inc. by operation of law. As of Friday, April 1, 2022, all services supplied by Nuxeo Corporation to your organization will be provided by Hyland Software, Inc. All future communications will also be sent by Hyland Software, Inc.
