New York, NY, June 28, 2016 - Nuxeo, developers of the Nuxeo Platform, which enables organizations to manage complex digital content at massive scale, announced the acquisition of InEvo, a 3D enterprise content management software developer based in Lisbon, Portugal. Under the terms of this transaction, Nuxeo acquires all InEvo software assets, consisting primarily of content management services for 3D digital assets.

The acquisition adds new tools for modeling and managing 3D assets to the Nuxeo Platform, in keeping with Nuxeo’s mission of providing the most performant and modern ECM platform on the market.

Among other Nuxeo-based content management solutions for their customers, InEvo is the developer of [Diorama][2], a collaborative, cloud-based digital asset management (DAM) solution for 3D content. This solution provides a multi-touch 3D modeling tool, highly searchable digital asset management, direct integration with 3D printing services such as i.materialise, and collaboration through social networks such as Facebook. InEvo was also part of a previous R&D project called ColaDI, a collaborative document management solution for industrial design documents.
